| Carmel Resort Inn is a unique and truly affordable B&B offering a collection of old fashioned “artists” cottages once belonging to individual land owners. Over the years, spanning many decades, the original owner of Carmel Cottage Court (Now CRI) bought his surrounding neighbors cottages as they came up for sale, amassing a collection of 31 units spanning 1.5 forested acres.
Some as old as 100 years, each of these hand crafted cottages are truly unique, with different floor plans and early 1900’s construction.
It’s all a part of the original Carmel charm that makes CRI and the village of Carmel by-the-sea a popular place for visitors from around the world!
Carmel Resort Inn is a work in progress. Improvements to Cottages are a never ending task. We are making every effort to provide our valuable guests with a quality facility while still maintaining the best value in Carmel.
